Pet Behavior
It is important that your pet be comfortable with confinement in a kennel or any enclosure. No kennel is warranted to be escape proof, and pets trying to escape by biting or pulling at the fence or jumping and trying to climb out the top can result in injury or death to the pet and or damage to the kennel. KennelPro or its dealers will not warranty or accept liability for any loss due to the behavior of an untrained pet or improper use of its products. Please seek assistance from a veterinarian or animal care professional if you are unsure of your pet's behavior.
Shade and Rain Canopies
Although our Shade and Rain Canopies are sturdy, they are designed for shade and rain only. In the threat of severe storms, high winds, snow, or ice, the tarp should be removed in order to prevent damage to the canopy, kennel, or injury to your pet. The canopy tarp is attached with bungee cords and takes only minutes to remove or install. Kennels or canopies are not designed to support heavy snow or ice loads. Anchoring of a kennel is recommended and is the sole responsibility of the owner. Check your Kennel along with the Shade and Rain Canopy regularly. If any part is damaged or worn, repair or replace it immediately, or discontinue use. It is the responsibility of the owner to insure that the Kennel and Shade and Rain Canopy are setup correctly and used safely.
